The Tian Shan Policy Center held its frist scientific conference at 91快播 on November 23, 2011.

The Bard Center for Civic Engagement announces an essay contest for students in the Bard network of institutions:  "What would you tell the world's seven-billionth person so that s/he can be a responsible global citizen?"
