On April 15, 2026, students of the Organizational Behavior course, led by Professor Natalia Korosteleva, organized an exclusive Round Table with top business representatives.
Experts from completely different fields gathered at one table: transportation, consulting, finance, and healthcare. Each of them shared their unique experience in management, team development, and building successful companies
ÌýOur Guests (names are given in alphabetical order):
ÌýAidarbek Toktorbayev, Head of Corporate Taxi at Yandex. Aidarbek shared his experience in managing a major business division, talked about how work with corporate clients is structured, how teams are built, and what principles drive effective management of a large-scale business unit.
ÌýAskar Rysaliev, Senior Manager at Baker Tilly, an international network of audit and consulting firms. Askar shared his perspective on the world of professional consulting, client service standards, and how trust is built in business.
ÌýIlya Shipulin, Founder and Owner, and Erkebubbu Mambetalieva, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Dental Clinic "DA", one of the brightest examples of a successful business in the healthcare industry. They shared how to build a client-oriented service, form a strong team of professionals, and maintain high quality standards every single day.
ÌýUmed Narzikulov, Executive Director of Alfa Leasing Plus, a leading leasing company. Umed revealed the specifics of the financial sector, shared his principles of working with clients, and explained how strategic decisions are made in finance.
ÌýWhat was discussed during the session:
ÌýHow a business is built and scaled from scratch
ÌýHow to motivate employees and create a strong team
ÌýWhat challenges leaders face on a daily basis
ÌýWhat qualities are essential for a future leader
ÌýHow to deal with burnout and maintain a work-life balance
ÌýReal cases from practice, no sugarcoating
ÌýThe speakers also touched on a very important topic - burnout. They honestly shared how they themselves faced moments of exhaustion, how they learned to recognize its early signs, and what strategies help them recover and stay effective in the long run. For students, this was a true revelation: it turns out that even successful leaders go through similar challenges, and that is completely normal
ÌýAnd it was truly lively and fun! The speakers were not afraid to share stories about their first steps in business, their first mistakes, and unexpected situations that had the entire audience laughing wholeheartedly. It was exactly these moments that turned the meeting into a warm, friendly conversation where there was no distance between students and top managers
ÌýThis was not just a conversation, but a genuine exchange of energy, ideas, and inspiration. Students received something that cannot be found in textbooks: real-life experience, honest answers, sincere emotions, and a powerful motivation to move forward.
ÌýA huge thank you to all the speakers for their openness, sincerity, and time, and to Professor Natalia Korosteleva for the opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real business practice.
ÌýLearning from those who have already walked this path is priceless.
